We will ensure timely delivery and will manage everything from plan approval to handover. There is extensive warranty post completion as well.
Jackfruithomz assists our clients in the approval process through the Construction Professionals onboarded on the platform. We are not directly involved in the approval process but our partners ensure that the clients get a completely hassle-free experience.
We have our very own Quality Checklist with over 450 Quality Checks.
Images will be shared on Whatsapp group every day to share updates.
The work is hassle-free because we maintain transparency at every level, starting from the procuring of materials to execution. Also, the same will be updated to the clients on a regular basis. The Quality control team ensures that the quality is not compromised.
We issue project schedule of entire project and further break it down to monthly & weekly schedules to track activity and the same will be monitored by our engineers. The clients can also review the same.
The compound all will be provided for the area of slab and minimal setback.
Our packages are developed in a modular manner. Hence, any change in specification is as simple as to add something to your shopping cart. Our technical consultants can help you with this.
Jackfruithomz doesn’t hire contractors for construction.
It takes about 9 months for G+1 structure and another 1.5 months for every floor beyond that. Duration also varies depending upon the built-up area, location, design complexity etc.
Jackfruithomz assists the clients with the documentation part for the loan approval process. We have also partnered with DSAs, banks and NBFCs for attractive interest rates.
We provide interior design and execution services through our sister concern, Jackfruitdesigns. We enter into a separate contract for interiors.
The pricing of our contracts is frozen at the time of the agreement. Hence, the prices remain stable in most of the scenarios. Only in exceptional situations where there is a sudden spike in prices due to external circumstances, the price variation is to be paid by the client.
Construction cost of a house majorly depends upon the Super built-up area, Open area (i.e., Balcony, Utility), Quality of Construction material, and Interiors.
Carpet Area is the total usable area inside the house that can be covered by Carpet. Built-up Area is the sum of carpet area plus the area that is covered by walls. The Super built-up area is the total sum of the built-up area and space occupied by parking, balcony and utility areas.
First step would be to meet and understand the requirement and budget. Second, after token booking, as per client’s requirement, we initiate the design process and present the floor plans to the client after 7 working days.
We provide design related to the building – floor plan, elevation, electrical, plumbing, structure and furnishing.
Jackfruithomz may assist you in obtaining required temporary electrical and water connections for provision of services at a cost.
Labourers and their stay are organized by Jackfruithomz. As per the stay, labour sheds are set up on the site or at the nearest available site.
The structure materials we use are from reputed brands and will be used. All the finish materials will be finalized in presence of the client and our Architect. Once finalized, delivery of the materials will be coordinated and updated to the client through images.
The selection of Labourer's involves a process and our experts make sure that only well-skilled labours are hired.
Yes, we do have an in-house team of experienced Designers, Architects, Structural Engineer, Project Engineers, Site Supervisors and Quality Controller.
There will be a single point of contact i.e. the Site Engineer for any queries and updates to avoid the hassle of contacting multiple people for different issues.
There will be one Site Supervisor available at the site throughout the assignment. Quality Engineers will visit the site at regular intervals and Senior Engineers will be visiting the site twice a week. Designers and Architects will be visiting the site at the beginning of any new stage as well as per the site requirements.
No, the client can enjoy a hassle-free process and visit the site only when required and for Plan Approvals.

We follow frame structure with plinth beam.
Normally the fixed depth is 5-6 feet, however the same is decided only after a thorough soil test.
Termite treatment is done at floor level by pest controller.
Normally, we use 8/10/12/16/20 mm, but the same is decided based on the number of floors and the type of construction.
Yes, the client has access to the designs.
Sump is part of the construction package
Jackfruithomz shall also provide a three-year warranty on underground sump
Utmost care is taken to build a maintenance-free house but if any such leakage occurs, a team is rushed to the site and immediate action is taken. Furthermore, the site is inspected to avoid the same in future.
The client is provided with a master project schedule and weekly schedule of work.
The occurrence of project delays is very rare; however, we mention penalty clause in the agreement and we stand by it strictly.
